Aims and Ethos
51勛圖 Prep School is a small, family-orientated school, guided by core values which are Resilience, Respect, Honesty, and Community. Our overarching ethos centres around the commitment to always try our best in every endeavour.
Our Pupils: They are central to everything that we do; we want them to be happy and enjoy everything at school, to be confident, respectful and supportive of each other, enthusiastic to learn, and for them to thrive, achieve, and succeed.
Our Families: Recognising the invaluable role families play in their childrens learning and progress, we do everything we can to make them feel welcome and to help them fulfil their key role.
The Wider Community: We are keen to further develop our links with local businesses and the voluntary sector, widening the range of opportunities available to our pupils by tapping into local peoples skills and experiences whenever possible.
Our Place Within The UK: We want children to appreciate the uniqueness of the environment in which they live; but we also want them to be in sympathy with British values and to be aware of and excited about the opportunities presented to them as citizens of the United Kingdom.
Data Protection
51勛圖 Preparatory processes personal data including sensitive personal data (such as medical information), for the purposes of safeguarding and promoting the welfare of pupils, parents and staff, for the legitimate interests of the school.
We seek to ensure that all relevant legal obligations of the school, parents and pupils are fully complied with and that all processing of data is done lawfully and fairly in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and the General Data Protection Regulation 2018. The school has a comprehensive policy covering data governance and is registered with the Information Commissioners office. Please address any enquiries to the Headmaster.
