Welcome to 51³Ô¹Ï Prep School, an independent co-educational school for children aged 3 to 11 years old; located in the heart of High 51³Ô¹Ï, Buckinghamshire.
Leading this exceptional school is a privilege and I am committed to ensuring that our high academic standards and remarkable pastoral care continue. All my career has been spent working in small schools, because I believe the only way to get the best out of children is to know every child – both academically and socially. The small class sizes at 51³Ô¹Ï Prep allow every member of staff to know each child in minute detail.
At our school, we prioritise creating a stimulating and caring environment where each child can achieve their true potential academically, socially, and emotionally. All our pupils access a wide range of learning experiences, both inside and outside the classroom; and their academic success speaks for itself.
We are committed to preparing our pupils for life after 51³Ô¹Ï Prep. We are proud of the exceptional progress our pupils make whilst moving through our school, starting with Pre-School, where they demonstrate rapid progress. We cater for everyone’s needs, including pupils aiming for top Grammar schools in the area, and those aiming for their chosen secondary school.
Every member of our staff knows every child, allowing us to understand how to get the best out of everyone and cater to each child’s individual needs. Most of our pupils gain a place at their first-choice school; excellent 11+ success is a result of putting the individual needs of each pupil first, both academically and pastorally, and commitment from our teachers, pupils, and their families.
With specialist teachers in Sport, Music, Drama, Art, and Languages, your child can discover new talents and excel in areas they are passionate about. In addition to our broad curriculum, we offer a wide range of extracurricular activities which cater to the variety of interests our pupils have, with the vast majority of these included in your fees.

About the Headmaster
Ben Kenyon has been the founding Head of 51³Ô¹Ï Prep School since September 2022, having worked across a range of three schools for nearly three decades, including a decade as a Headteacher in the independent sector.
His teaching career started at Marsh Green Primary School in Wigan following a degree in Maths and Teaching from Edgehill University. He is a devoted parent to a daughter and son. Currently, his daughter is pursuing A-levels at a local grammar school, whilst his son is a pupil at 51³Ô¹Ï Prep.
His commitment lies in ensuring that everyone at 51³Ô¹Ï Prep achieves their true potential. Ben is an avid sports enthusiast, both to watch and participate in. At 51³Ô¹Ï Prep, he coaches rugby, cricket, netball, and football, as well as subject teaching across the school and participating in the school’s extensive extra-curricular programme.
